April 15 – Quidditch Training & Tournament
15/4 – 麻瓜魁地奇體驗及爭奪戰

Hey, Muggles, don’t you want to have a try on the Quidditch? HMU and HAs have invited the Hong Kong Quidditch Association and a Quidditch Training & Tournament will be held on R&A.

Time & Date: 15 April 2019 (Mon) 5pm – 10pm

Venue: RA LG2 Indoor Sport Court

🌟 Team Match (Total 4 teams)
– Elimination Tournament
– Team up 7 – 10 members with your friends (gender-balanced participation)
– 7 members on field (3 members as substitutions)
🌟 Hall Battle
– Represent your hall to fight for honour: R&A vs RC
– Team up with residents in same hall
– 7 members on field (3 members as substitutions)

Eligibility 參賽資格 –
a. Open to all students and staff currently studying at HKSYU 香港樹仁大學所有在讀學生及教職員
b. No entry fee for entering into the competition 參加比賽無須繳交任何費用
c. If necessary, the Hall Management Unit may request the participants to provide proof of enrollment (e.g. valid HKSYU number) 如有需要，宿舍管理部可要求參賽者提供在讀證明（例如：有效香港樹仁大學學生號碼）

Theme 主題 –
Places where you have visited and/ or people who you have met in Hong Kong or outside Hong Kong during travelling
於香港或香港境外旅行時所遇見/到的事、地、人。

Judging criteria 評審準則 –
Entries will be marked based on the following criteria:

-The list of winners will be announced through HMU’s office website in April 2019. Winners will also be notified individually.
得獎者單將於2019年4月於宿舍管理部網頁公布，得獎者會獲專人個別通知。
-Winners who cannot be contacted within two weeks of the date on which the results are announced shall be deemed to have waived their rights to the prize.
如宿舍管理部於比賽結果公布後兩星期內無法與得獎者取得聯絡，則視作得獎者放棄獎品論。

U+YOGA 瑜伽班 Yoga class

香薰 + 伸展瑜伽 Aromatherapy + Yoga Stretch
伸展瑜珈會針對都市人身體痛症來設計課程，主要是以鬆開肩膊，打開髖部，拉伸腳部，腰背放鬆，把緊張的肌肉慢慢放開，再配以舒緩壓力的香薰精油，讓同學完成課堂後，感覺煥然一新。

21/03/2019 (Thu 星期四) 4:30 – 6:00pm 
流動瑜伽 Flow Yoga
課堂會有大量強化及伸展的式子，讓我們有效鍛鍊身體各部位之餘，再配以伸展動作，以舒緩被鍛鍊的肌肉，是剛柔並重的一課。

Class fee 各班費用：
$100 Per person 每位$100
$70 Each for a group of 2 二人同行每位$70

Target 對象：HKSYU student 樹仁大學學生
Students without Yoga experience are welcome to join.
適合任何無經驗初次嘗試瑜伽人士。
