研究院綜合大樓 緊急事故疏散及防火訓練
For safety reasons, an emergency evacuation practice has been scheduled in Research Complex by HMU in the week starting 5 November 2018. The practice for each floor will last for approximately 45 minutes. You are required to participate according to the time slot listed.
為保障各宿生之安全，宿舍管理部定於下星期於研究院綜合大樓進行緊急事故疏散及防火訓練。各樓層的訓練時間大約為四十五分鐘；請各宿生務必出席，並按所屬樓層之時間參與。

為保障各宿生之安全，宿舍管理部定於下星期於宿舍文康大樓進行緊急事故疏散及防火訓練。各樓層的訓練時間大約為三十分鐘；請各宿生務必出席，並按所屬樓層之時間參與。

Use of Octopus for Value-adding
充值服務以八達通收費
Starting from 2 October 2018, value-adding service and fine for the lost drawer key will be charged by Octopus only. For value-adding, the top-up value is denominated by every HK$10. Residents can add value for their student cards or resident cards for a minimum of HK$10.
由2018年10月2日起，以下手續將以八達通形式收費﹕充值服務、遺失書桌鑰匙罰款。另外，充值額需以港幣十元為一單位，宿生及住客可為其學生證或住客卡充值最少港幣十元。

Renovation in Residential and Amenities Complex 21/F
有關宿舍文康大樓21樓維修工程
設施管理部將於星期一至六早上九時至下午六時半為宿舍文康大樓21樓進行為期兩個月的維修工程，並會採取有效措施儘量減低噪音，敬希垂注。
The Facilities Management Office (FMO) will conduct a two-month renovation in Residential and Amenities Complex 21/F from Monday to Saturday 9a.m. to 6:30p.m. FMO will make its best effort to control the noise level. Thank you for your kind attention.
