Check-in procedures (For Freshmen) 新生入宿流程
1 | Proceed to your own room and check your room carefully upon receiving the temporary card; For using air-conditioner, please refers to Undergraduate Residents’ Handbook P.12 for detail procedure. Undergraduate Residents’ Handbook 領取房咭後請立即到獲派房間,並檢查房間內設施狀況; 如需使用冷氣機,程序請參閱 本科生宿生手冊 P.12 本科生宿生手冊 |
2 | Submit the online Undergraduate Residence Contract and Residence Registration Form by 7 September 2018 and reflect the real facilities conditions. HMU will follow up if there is any problem in the facilities; 請於9月7日前及遞交完成網上宿舍租約及宿生登記表,並須如實反映房間設施狀況。如設施出現問題,宿舍管理部將儘快跟進。 |
3 | If the Contract and Registration Form has not been received by HMU by the due date, residents’ access right to hall residence will be terminated and residents are not allowed to go into the dormitory; 如宿舍管理部未能在限期前成功收回合約,宿生房咭將會上鎖及宿生不能再進入宿舍。 |
4 | Upon receiving the student card, proceed to HMU with your student card and the temporary card for taking the desk drawer key, activating the prepaid value and returning the temporary card. 領取學生證後,請帶同學生證及臨時卡到宿舍管理部,領取1) 書桌抽屜鑰匙、2) 啟動預付充值額和3) 歸還臨時卡。 |
