2<\/span><\/td>\nSubmit the online Undergraduate Residence Contract and Residence Registration Form<\/span> <\/strong>by 7 September 2018<\/u><\/strong><\/span> and reflect the real facilities conditions. HMU will follow up if there is any problem in the facilities;<\/span>

3<\/span><\/td>\nIf the Contract and Registration Form has not been received by HMU by the due date, residents\u2019 access right to hall residence will be terminated and residents are not allowed to go into the dormitory;
