\u5728\u8b80\u751f\u9069\u7528 For Current Students<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

1.<\/td>\n\u65bc\u5165\u5bbf\u671f\u9593\u5167\u4efb\u4f55\u6642\u9593\u76f4\u63a5\u4f7f\u7528\u5b78\u751f\u8b49\u9032\u5165\u7372\u7de8\u914d\u7684\u623f\u9593\u3002
\nYou may use your student card to enter your room anytime during the check-in period.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/td>\n\u8acb\u5148\u62cd\u4e0b\u6240\u5c6c\u5e8a\u4f4d\u7684\u7167\u7247\u4ee5\u4fbf\u4e0a\u50b3\u81f3\u672c\u79d1\u751f\u5bbf\u820d\u5354\u8b70\u66f8\u53ca\u4f4f\u5bbf\u767b\u8a18\u8868<\/strong>\uff0c\u4e26\u4ed4\u7d30\u6aa2\u67e5\u95a3\u4e0b\u7684\u623f\u9593\u53ca\u5bbf\u4f4d\uff0c\u65bc2022\u5e749\u670815\u65e5\u524d<\/b><\/span>\u7db2\u4e0a\u586b\u5beb\u4e26\u905e\u4ea4\u672c\u79d1\u751f\u5bbf\u820d\u5354\u8b70\u66f8\u53ca\u4f4f\u5bbf\u767b\u8a18\u8868*<\/strong><\/span>\u3002
\nOnce you have moved in, you are required to take photo(s) of your residential place and inspect it CAREFULLY<\/strong>. Then, you have to submit the Undergraduate Residence Agreement and Residence Registration Form<\/strong><\/span> online by 15 September 2022*<\/strong><\/span>.*\u5bbf\u751f\u53ef\u6309\u6b64<\/a>\u95b1\u89bd\u6709\u95dc\u6240\u5c6c\u5e8a\u4f4d\u53ca\u4e0d\u59a5\u7576\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u7bc4\u4f8b\u5716\u7247\u3002

\nUpon receipt your student card, you may proceed to HMU with your student card<\/strong> and the temporary access card<\/strong> for collecting the desk drawer key<\/strong>, activating the prepaid value<\/strong> and returning the temporary access card.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Postgraduate Residence<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
For Postgraduate Students,<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1.<\/span><\/td>\nProceed to HMU with your student card during office hours for taking the door and mailbox keys; or to get a temporary card from HMU;<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/span><\/td>\nCheck your assigned rooms carefully and submit the  Postgraduate Residence Agreement and Residence Registration Form to HMU <\/strong><\/span>by the deadline<\/strong>. Otherwise, the access right to hall residence will be terminated.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
