All applications must go through the review process by the <\/u><\/strong>Hall<\/u><\/strong> Management <\/u><\/strong>Unit<\/u><\/strong>. <\/u><\/strong>I<\/u><\/strong>t is not guaranteed that eligible applicants for summer <\/u><\/strong>hall<\/u><\/strong> will be successful in their application. <\/u><\/strong>T<\/u><\/strong>he hall places for <\/u><\/strong>summer hall<\/u><\/strong> students are allocated according to the <\/u><\/strong>s<\/u><\/strong>coring <\/u><\/strong>s<\/u><\/strong>ystem<\/u><\/strong>.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5b78\u751f\u61c9\u5728\u5bbf\u671f\u524d\u5f8c\u81ea\u884c\u5b89\u6392\u4f4f\u8655\uff0c\u63d0\u65e9\u5165\u5bbf\u6216\u5ef6\u9072\u9000\u5bbf\u7684\u8acb\u6c42\u6982\u4e0d\u53d7\u7406\u3002

An offer of residence, irrespective of whether it is accepted by an applicant for the residence halls, may be revoked thereafter by either HMU or the Warden concerned upon an event of default. There is a shared pantry cum meals area on these unisex floors. Monthly rate of HK$2,350 and\/ or daily rate of HK$78 (residential period less than a month) per person will be charged respectively. Each room is equipped with loft-bed(s) (only mattress is provided), desk(s), table lamp(s), chair(s), wardrobe(s), toilet, shower stall, air-conditioning and free internet access. Communal facilities including refrigerator, microwave oven, tables and chairs are provided in the common areas. A shared pantry is located on 21\/F. The utility of electricity is charged by room and electricity bill has to be paid in full;\u00a0roommates should apportion the payment solely by themselves.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Students can connect to the internet in their residence rooms with a LAN cable. Air-conditioners, washing machines and dryers are operated by HKSYU student ID cards. Students can add value to their student ID cards at the HMU Office upon checking their rooms and submitting online Undergraduate Residence Contract and Residence Registration Form. Balance in the student ID card will be refunded to the resident upon completion of proper check-out procedures.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
