\u9999\u6e2f\u6a39\u4ec1\u5927\u5b78\u5b78\u751f\u5bbf\u820d\u5171\u63d0\u4f9b1086\u500b\u672c\u79d1\u751f\u5bbf\u4f4d\uff0c530 \u500b\u4f4d\u65bc\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u7d9c\u5408\u5927\u6a13\uff0c556 \u500b\u4f4d\u65bc\u5bbf\u820d\u6587\u5eb7\u5927\u6a13\u3002
The on-campus residential halls of Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU) provide a total of 1086 residential places, 530 places are located in the Research Complex and 556 places are located in the Residential and Amenities Complex. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

B. \u7533\u8acb\u5bbf\u4f4d\u00a0 \u00a0Application for Student Housing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

1. \u4e0d\u8ad6\u5bb6\u8207\u5927\u5b78\u4e4b\u8ddd\u96e2\uff0c\u6b61\u8fce\u6240\u6709\u5168\u65e5\u5236\u672c\u79d1\u751f\u7533\u8acb\u5165\u4f4f\u5bbf\u820d\u3002
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0All full-time undergraduate students are entitled to apply for student housing, irrespective of how far they live from the university.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

2. \u5927\u5b78\u9f13\u52f5\u6bcf\u4f4d\u5b78\u751f\u5c31\u8b80\u6a39\u4ec1\u76844\u5e74\u671f\u9593\u6700\u5c11\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u5b78\u671f\u4f4f\u5728\u5bbf\u820d\u3002
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Every student is encouraged to live on campus for at least one semester during their 4-year study in HKSYU.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0When evaluating applications, the Hall Management Unit (HMU) will consider a host of factors including the followings:<\/p>\n

\u2022 \u7531\u5bb6\u5f80\u8fd4\u5927\u5b78\u6240\u9700\u6642\u9593 travelling time between home and the main campus;
\u2022 \u5c45\u4f4f\u5b89\u6392\u8207\u5bb6\u5ead\u6536\u5165 living arrangement and household income;
\u2022\u00a0\u5b78\u8853\u8868\u73fe academic performance;
\u2022 \u5c0d\u5bbf\u820d\u3001\u5927\u5b78\u6216\u793e\u5340\u6240\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u8ca2\u737b contributions to the hall, the University or the community;
\u2022 \u904e\u5f80\u7684\u5165\u5bbf\u7d93\u9a57previous on-campus residential experience; and
\u2022 \u500b\u4eba\u81ea\u8ff0personal statement.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

C.\u00a0<\/strong>\u5b78\u6821\u5c31\u75ab\u82d7\u901a\u884c\u8b49\/\u75ab\u82d7\u6c23\u6ce1\u7684\u76f8\u61c9\u63aa\u65bd Anti-virus Measures in Response to Vaccine Pass\/ Vaccine Bubble<\/b><\/p>\n

\u70ba\u914d\u5408\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u516c\u5171\u53ca\u885b\u751f\u653f\u7b56\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u52a0\u5f37\u4fdd\u969c\u5bbf\u751f\u5065\u5eb7\u53ca\u62b5\u79a6\u65b0\u578b\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u75c5\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u65bc 2022\/23\u5b78\u5e74\u5165\u4f4f\u5b78\u751f\u5bbf\u820d\u7684\u5bbf\u751f(\u5305\u62ec\u672c\u5730\u751f\u3001\u975e\u672c\u5730\u751f\u53ca\u4ea4\u6d41\u751f)\uff0c\u65bc\u5165\u5bbf\u53ca\u4f4f\u5bbf\u671f\u9593\u5fc5\u9808\u7b26\u5408\u7279\u5340\u653f\u5e9c\u5be6\u65bd\u300c\u75ab\u82d7\u901a\u884c\u8b49\u300d\u4e4b\u6700\u65b0\u5b89\u6392\u3002\u6709\u95dc\u8a73\u60c5\u5c07\u4ee5\u653f\u5e9c\u6700\u65b0\u5b89\u6392\u548c\u884c\u653f\u6307\u4ee4\u4f5c\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\uff0c\u672c\u90e8\u5c07\u65bc\u7a0d\u5f8c\u6642\u6bb5\u5411\u6210\u529f\u7533\u8acb\u5bbf\u4f4d\u4e4b\u5b78\u751f\u767c\u51fa\u7e73\u8cbb\u901a\u77e5\u53ca\u5165\u5bbf\u9808\u77e5\u96fb\u90f5\u5167\u6703\u6709\u8a73\u7d30\u516c\u544a\u3002<\/p>\n

To align with the Government\u2019s public and health policies as well as to safeguard the SYU community, all residents who apply for admission to the residential halls in the 2022 \/ 23 academic year and stay in the residence halls during the accommodation period (including local students, non-local students, and exchange students) must comply with the most updated administrative order of the \u201cVaccine Pass\u201d announced by the HKSAR Government to meet the residence requirement. 4. \u7121\u8ad6\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u662f\u5426\u63a5\u53d7\u4f4f\u5bbf\u53d6\u9304\uff0c\u82e5\u9055\u53cd\u6821\u898f\u6216\u5bbf\u820d\u5b88\u5247\uff0c\u5bbf\u820d\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u6216\u820d\u76e3\u5c07\u6709\u6b0a\u6309\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u9055\u898f\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u6027\u8003\u616e\u64a4\u92b7\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u7684\u4f4f\u5bbf\u53d6\u9304\u3002
\u00a0 \u00a0 An offer of residence, irrespective of whether it is accepted by an applicant for the residence halls, may be revoked thereafter by either HMU or the Warden
\u00a0 \u00a0 concerned upon an event of default. An event of default occurs when the applicant concerned violates any regulations governing the student residence or
\u00a0 \u00a0 hall rules subsequently and, in the view of either HMU or the Warden, the violation in question is serious enough to justify such revocation.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

1. \u7372\u4f4f\u5bbf\u53d6\u9304\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u9700\u65bc\u6307\u5b9a\u671f\u9650\u524d\u7e73\u4ea4\u5bbf\u8cbb\uff1b\u65bc\u671f\u9650\u5f8c\u7e73\u4ea4\u5bbf\u8cbb\u6982\u4e0d\u53d7\u7406\u3002\u6c92\u6709\u6309\u6642\u7e73\u4ea4\u5bbf\u8cbb\u4e4b\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5c07\u4f5c\u81ea\u52d5\u653e\u68c4\u5bbf\u4f4d\u8ad6\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u4f5c\u53e6\u884c\u901a\u77e5\u3002

\u00a0 \u00a0 Upon HMU\u2019s confirmation on the receipt of hall fees payment, an email listing the allocated residence room number, check-in date, check-in procedures and other details

3. \u5df2\u7e73\u4ea4\u5bbf\u8cbb\u7684\u5bbf\u751f\u5982\u672a\u80fd\u65bc\u5bbf\u820d\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u6240\u5141\u8a31\u7684\u6642\u6bb5\u5167\u5165\u5bbf\uff0c\u5bbf\u751f\u9808\u70ba\u6b64\u60c5\u6cc1\u81ea\u884c\u5b89\u6392\u4f4f\u8655\u3002\u672a\u66fe\u8fa6\u7406\u5165\u5bbf\u624b\u7e8c\u7684\u5bbf\u751f\u5c07\u4e0d\u7372\u5141\u8a31\u9032\u5165\u5bbf\u820d\uff0c\u5bbf\u751f\u5fc5\u9808\u7559\u610f

\u00a0 \u00a0 Residents, who cannot check-in at the designated period permitted by HMU, should arrange their own accommodation under such situation. Residents without completing

\u672c\u79d1\u751f\u5bbf\u820d\u4ee5\u5171\u4eab\u623f\u9593\uff08\u96d9\u4eba\u3001\u4e09\u4eba\u3001\u56db\u4eba\uff09\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u4ee5\u96d9\u4eba\u623f\u53ca\u4e09\u4eba\u623f\u4f54\u5927\u591a\u6578\u3002\u4f4f\u5bbf\u671f\u53ca\u5bbf\u8cbb\u4ee5\u5b78\u671f\u8a08\u7b97\u3002\u5171\u4eab\u623f\u9593\u7684\u6708\u8cbb\u70ba\u6bcf\u4eba\u7531\u6e2f\u5e63$1,200\u81f3\u6e2f\u5e63$2,200\u4e0d\u7b49; \u4e0d\u8db3\u6574\u6708\u4e4b\u4f4f\u5bbf\u671f\u7684\u6536\u8cbb\u70ba\u6bcf\u4eba\u6bcf\u65e5\u6e2f\u5e63$40\u81f3\u6e2f\u5e63$73\u4e0d\u7b49\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5bbf\u820d\u6587\u5eb7\u5927\u6a13\u63d0\u4f9b\u5c11\u91cf\u55ae\u4eba\u623f\uff08\u6708\u8cbb\u70ba\u6bcf\u4eba\u6e2f\u5e63$3,300\u6216$3,800\uff09\u3002\u800c\u4fee\u8b80\u56db\u5e74\u7d1a\u4e4b\u5b78\u751f\u53ef\u7372\u512a\u5148\u8003\u616e\u5165\u4f4f\u4f4d\u65bc\u5bbf\u820d\u6587\u5eb7\u5927\u6a13\u5099\u6709\u7368\u7acb\u6d17\u624b\u9593\u9023\u6d74\u5ba4\u7684\u96d9\u4eba\u623f\u6216\u55ae\u4eba\u623f<\/p>\n

Undergraduate residence mainly consists of shared rooms (2-person, 3-person, 4-person), with 2-person room and 3-person room being the majority. Residential period and hall fees are calculated by semester. Shared rooms\u2019 converted monthly rate from HKD$1,200 to HKD$2,200. The period of residency less than a month will be charged in a daily rate ranged from HKD$40 to HKD$73. Limited number of single rooms for undergraduate residence are available at a monthly rate of HKD$3,300 or $3,800 in Residential and Amenities Complex.\u00a0Priority will be given to Year 4 students when it comes to the application for En Suite rooms of Residential and Amenities Complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
