1.<\/span><\/td>\n\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u5bbf\u820d\u4f4d\u65bc\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u7d9c\u5408\u5927\u6a137\u6a13\u3002\u5bbf\u820d\u662f\u7537\u5973\u540c\u5c64\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60c5\u6cc1\u8a31\u53ef\uff0c\u5bbf\u820d\u55ae\u4f4d\u5c07\u6309\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u7684\u7279\u5225\u9700\u8981\u3001\u7dad\u4fee\u4fdd\u990a\u7684\u5b89\u6392\u548c\u5927\u5b78\u65e5\u5e38\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\u5206\u914d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

All postgraduate student units are located on the 7\/F of the Research Complex. There is a shared pantry cum meals area on this unisex floor. Unit allocation is subject to, as far as possible, the special needs of the students and other operational requirements and\/or maintenance schedule.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

2.<\/span><\/td>\n\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u5bbf\u820d\u4ee5\u55ae\u4eba\u623f\u8a2d\u8a08\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u55ae\u4eba\u623f\u53ea\u4f9b\u5bbf\u751f\u4f4f\u5bbf\u3002\u70ba\u914d\u5408\u5b78\u751f\u6240\u9700\uff0c\u5bbf\u820d\u4ea6\u8a2d\u67094\u9593\u96d9\u4eba\u623f\u4f9b\u5df2\u5a5a\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u53ca\u5176\u914d\u5076\u5165\u4f4f\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u5df2\u9810\u7559\u5169\u500b\u623f\u9593\u4ee5\u61c9\u4ed8\u884c\u52d5\u4e0d\u4fbf\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u7684\u4f4f\u5bbf\u9700\u8981\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u5bbf\u820d\u5099\u6709\u5c11\u91cf\u7279\u5225\u55ae\u4eba\u623f\u3001\u96d9\u4eba\u623f\u53ca\u4e09\u4eba\u623f \uff08\u53ea\u9650\u540c\u4e00\u6027\u5225\u5165\u4f4f\uff09\u4ee5\u4f9b\u9078\u64c7\u3002\u6240\u6709\u623f\u9593\u5747\u9644\u8a2d\u6d17\u624b\u53ca\u6dcb\u6d74\u9593\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The majority of the postgraduate residence rooms are single rooms; postgraduate accommodation is provided for the purpose of resident\u2019s personal residence only. There are four married couple units and two units reserved for person with disability. Each unit has a private bathroom. A very limited amount of special single rooms, twin-shared room and triple-shared room (for same gender) will also be provided subject to the need of students.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

3.<\/span><\/td>\n\u5982\u6709\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u5bbf\u751f\u53ef\u7533\u8acb\u4f7f\u7528\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5927\u6a13\u7684\u505c\u8eca\u4f4d\u3002\u505c\u8eca\u4f4d\u4f7f\u7528\u8cbb\u7528\u70ba\u6bcf\u6708\u6e2f\u5e631,000\u5143\u3002\u6821\u65b9\u4fdd\u7559\u7de8\u914d\u505c\u8eca\u4f4d\u4e4b\u6700\u7d42\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6b0a\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Postgraduate residents can apply for a parking space located at the Hong Kong Shue Yan University Library Complex. The parking fee is HKD$1,000 per month. Allocation of a parking space shall be at the sole discretion of the University.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

4.<\/span><\/td>\n\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u7d9c\u5408\u5927\u6a13\u5167\uff08\u5730\u4e0b\u5927\u5802\uff09\u8a2d\u6709\u4ee5\u5b78\u751f\u8b49\u5167\u589e\u503c\u984d\u555f\u52d5\u7684\u6d17\u8863\u6a5f\u53ca\u4e7e\u8863\u6a5f\u3002\u5b78\u751f\u5b8c\u6210\u5165\u5b78\u8a3b\u518a\u53ca\u9818\u53d6\u5230\u5b78\u751f\u8b49\u5f8c\uff0c\u53ef\u65bc\u5bbf\u820d\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u900f\u904e\u516b\u9054\u901a\u4ed8\u6b3e\u70ba\u5176\u5b78\u751f\u8b49\u589e\u503c\u3002\u5bbf\u751f\u53ef\u65bc\u8fa6\u7406\u9000\u5bbf\u624b\u7e8c\u6642\u53d6\u56de\u5b78\u751f\u8b49\u5167\u9918\u984d\u3002<\/span>
\n The student ID card-operated washing machines and dryers have been installed at the G\/F of Research Complex. Upon receipt of their student ID cards after completing the programme registration process, residents will be able to add value (pay by Octopus card) to their student ID cards at the Hall Management Unit\u2019s (HMU\u2019s) Office. Balance in the student ID card will be refunded to the resident upon completion of proper check-out procedures.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5.<\/span><\/td>\n\u5bbf\u751f\u53ef\u65bc\u623f\u9593\u5167\u4ee5\u7db2\u8def\u901a\u4fe1\u7dda\u628a\u500b\u4eba\u96fb\u8166\u6216\u8def\u7531\u5668\u9023\u63a5\u5230\u7db2\u7d61\u3002\u5bbf\u751f\u9700\u81ea\u5099\u7db2\u8def\u901a\u4fe1\u7dda\u3001\u96fb\u8166\u3001\u8def\u7531\u5668\u7b49\u8a2d\u5099\u3002
\nResidents can connect their personal computers or routers to the internet in their residence rooms with a LAN cable. Residents are required to prepare their own routers, computers, LAN cable , etc.<\/span>

Hong Kong Shue Yan University offers on-campus accommodation for eligible postgraduate students including students who enroll in full-time taught Master\u2019s Degree programmes as well as MPhil and PhD programmes.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

8.<\/span><\/td>\n\u5b78\u751f\u5982\u5c6c\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u754c\u5225\u6216\u975e\u4fee\u8b80\u5168\u65e5\u5236\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u5bbf\u820d\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u5c07\u53d6\u6d88\u6216\u8abf\u6574\u6709\u95dc\u4e4b\u4f4f\u5bbf\u53d6\u9304\u3002\u4f4f\u5bbf\u8cc7\u683c\u4e00\u65e6\u88ab\u53d6\u6d88\uff0c\u5bbf\u751f\u9700\u65bc\u6307\u5b9a\u65e5\u671f\u524d\u6e05\u7406\u623f\u9593\u53ca\u8fa6\u7406\u9000\u5bbf\u624b\u7e8c\u3002Once a student\u2019s registration status falls into the above mentioned categories, a student is no longer enrolled into a programme of the University in full-time mode, his\/her on-campus accommodation offer will be cancelled or adjusted accordingly. Hall residence will be terminated for residents under such circumstances and will be required to vacate the residence room and complete proper check-out procedures by a specific date.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

 10.<\/span><\/td>\n\u9664\u7372\u5f97\u5927\u5b78\u9810\u5148\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u5bbf\u820d\u53ea\u9650\u4ecd\u672a\u8d85\u904e\u5e38\u898f\u4fee\u696d\u671f\u9650\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u7533\u8acb\u3002
\n<\/span>The total duration of residence is the published length of study of the programme enrolled by the student. No extension is allowed unless there is prior approval by the University.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
 11.<\/span><\/td>\n \u5b78\u751f\u5982\u5c6c\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u754c\u5225\u6216\u975e\u4fee\u8b80\u672c\u6821\u5168\u65e5\u5236\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u5bbf\u820d\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u5c07\u53d6\u6d88\u6216\u8abf\u6574\u6709\u95dc\u4e4b\u4f4f\u5bbf\u53d6\u9304\u3002\u4f4f\u5bbf\u8cc7\u683c\u4e00\u65e6\u88ab\u53d6\u6d88\uff0c\u5bbf\u751f\u9700\u65bc\u6307\u5b9a\u65e5\u671f\u524d\u6e05\u7406\u623f\u9593\u53ca\u8fa6\u7406\u9000\u5bbf\u624b\u7e8c\u3002<\/span>
\nOnce a student\u2019s registration status falls into the above mentioned categories or a student is no longer a full-time registered postgraduate student of the University, his\/her on-campus accommodation offer will be cancelled or adjusted accordingly. Hall residence will be terminated for residents under such circumstances and will be required to vacate the residence room and complete proper check-out procedures by a specific date.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
12.<\/span><\/td>\n\u7121\u8ad6\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u662f\u5426\u63a5\u53d7\u4f4f\u5bbf\u53d6\u9304\uff0c\u82e5\u9055\u53cd\u6821\u898f\u6216\u5bbf\u820d\u5b88\u5247\uff0c\u5bbf\u820d\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u6216\u820d\u76e3\u5c07\u6709\u6b0a\u6309\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u9055\u898f\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u6027\u8003\u616e\u64a4\u92b7\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u7684\u4f4f\u5bbf\u53d6\u9304\u3002<\/span>
\n An offer of residence, irrespective of whether it is accepted by an applicant for the residence halls, may be revoked thereafter by either HMU or the Warden concerned upon an event of default. An event of default occurs when the applicant concerned violates any regulations governing the student residence or hall rules subsequently and, in the view of either HMU or the Warden, the violation in question is serious enough to justify such revocation.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

\n<\/span>Each student can apply for one accommodation unit only. The unit cannot be traded, sub-let, transferred or assigned to others with or without charges. All reports of such incidents will be investigated and penalties will be levied on the students involved. \n Accommodation at the residence halls is provided to residents for the purpose of personal residence only; use of the residence room for other purposes, such as storage or allowing another person to reside, is strictly prohibited.
