The period of residency less than a month will be charged in a daily rate ranged from HKD$40 to HKD$73. Limited number of single rooms for undergraduate residence are available at a monthly rate of HKD$3,300 or $3,800 in Residential and Amenities Complex.<\/p>\n<p>Priority will be given to Year 4 students in 2020\/21 when it comes to the application for &nbsp;En Suite rooms on the 21\/F and 22\/F of Residential and Amenities Complex.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, new arrangement for allocation of residence places and rooms will be in place for 2020\/21.
