Hall residence will be terminated for residents under such circumstances and will be required to vacate the residence room and complete proper check-out procedures by a specific date. Residential period and hall fees are calculated by semester. Shared rooms\u2019 converted monthly rate from HKD$1,200 to HKD$1,900. The period of residency less than a month will be charged in a daily rate ranged from HKD$40 to HKD$73. Limited number of single rooms for undergraduate residence are available at a monthly rate of HKD$3,300 or $3,800 in Residential and Amenities Complex.<\/p>\n<p>Priority will be given to Year 4 students in 2020\/21 when it comes to the application for \u00a0En Suite rooms on the 21\/F and 22\/F of Residential and Amenities Complex.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, new arrangement for allocation of residence places and rooms will be in place for 2020\/21. Either local residents or non-local residents (according to the student\u2019 status in Registry) will make up a large proportion of a floor\u2019s
